What is this?

AW Chat is a custom chat/support SDK. It uses Intercom as the backend engine but renders a fully custom UI — the Intercom widget is never shown. Integrating teams embed a single <AWChat /> component; everything else (conversations, tickets, CSAT, complaints, file uploads, push) is handled for them.
